Abstract
This paper presents the work carried out at LNE in order to establish the traceability of waveguide S parameter measurements to the International System of Units. The traceability is established through the dimensional measurement of the waveguide flange interfaces and the corresponding uncertainty component is evaluated against the standardized nominal values by using electromagnetic simulation and sensitivity analysis to dimension variations.
