Abstract
In this paper, the study of the etamic characteristic with pneumatic sensor defined by B.N. Markow and E.I. Ped, is presented. The theoretical study shows that this system has a characteristic that the sensitivity increases with the dimension between the measurement sprinkler and the work piece control, a result that can be obtained with measure ordinary sprinkler. The experiment is performed at high pressure ( 4 bars) by taking into account the characteristic parameters of the system. The paper also includes a calculation for determining the measurement sprinkler with which the measurement errors are reduced.
