Abstract
The capability of the processes of measurement has several objectives and finalities in many sectors of industry and applies for any process of measurement providing a physical size quantified or not but especially exploitable!
Capability allows:
To Control that the uncertainty of the process of measurement is coherent with the requirements imposed on the characteristic of the part,
To guarantee that the risk of error of judgment of the process of measurement (risk to declare a part wrongly conforms or not in conformity) is compatible with the fixed requirements.
